The goal was to create a unified and automated version of Cisco’s Jabber Client software and deploy it to the entire Partners HealthCare organization.
The design, creation, and implementation of the software was performed successfully. It functioned as a “plug and play” application and allowed automated configuration of connected devices via the user’s domain credentials. It was customized to dynamically integrate with Partners’ directory and employee photo system. It required no input from the user or IT for setup and spans many different Partners hospital systems and services.
The software was deployed to Partners, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and many more Partners HealthCare institutions. It was received very well and praised highly by C-Level Executives from both Partners and the hospitals. It is frequently used as a demonstration product by C-Level Executives for how new technologies are used to improve the workplace.
